Where we deliver
We deliver to all 27 EU countries. Every order goes with a tracked courier.
What delivery costs
Delivery is free on orders of €120 or more. Orders under €120 have a flat €15 delivery charge. The charge is shown in your cart before you pay. Prices include VAT.
Dispatch and timings
We aim to dispatch orders within one working day. Everything we sell is sent from European warehouses, so including that handling time most orders arrive within 3 to 9 working days from the date you place the order, using a tracked courier. Islands and remote addresses can take a little longer. If you need silk by a fixed date, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.
